Down stairs the hall has access to the second bathroom with shower, which leads to the kitchen, off the hall there is a dinning room with fire which leads through to the 8 x 5 mts lounge with French doors leading out to a patio.
The house is situated on 1500 sq mts of land and lies a short distance from the village centre which has a café / shop and a town hall. The village comes out onto the main asphalt road leading to Sredets which is 26 km away and Burgas 52 km.
The local area has fishing/hunting/horse riding, there is a large market place at Sredets which is held on Tuesdays and Thursday where you can buy all your local vegetables / fishing things / pots / trees / in fact anything you want. There is a local bus service with a pick up every 4 hours or to drive there will take you 20 minutes.
